Born in Neustadt in Holstein, Lisa Ziehm is a versatile soprano who performs in operas, oratorios and concerts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She completed her vocal training at the L\u00fcbeck University of Music with I. Schaarschmidt, at the renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with T. Goble, and in the class of Prof. C. H\u00f6hn at the Berlin University of the Arts. In addition to her training, she refined her technique in masterclasses with artists such as Margreet Honig, Franz Grundheber, Doreen DeFeis, Michaela Schuster and Simone Kermes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in Schleswig-Holstein, Lisa Ziehm is an active concert soloist, performing on numerous international stages. She has appeared at the Berlin Philharmonic, the London Handel Festival, the Cap Ferret Music Festival in France, the Bazylika katedralna \u015bw. Jakuba w Olsztynie in Poland, the Merseburg Organ Days, and the L\u00fcbeck Brahms Festival. Her passion and expertise lie especially in the music of the Romantic period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisa Ziehm has already sung important roles in her field in musical theatre. \nIn 2024, she appeared as Sharon Graham in Terrence McNally's Master Class in a production by Kom\u00f6die am Ku'damm (director: Harald Weiler).\nAt the Opernloft Hamburg, she appeared as the Feldmarschallin in Richard Strauss' Der Rosenkavalier in 2023. In 2023, she shone in the title role of Paul Abraham's operetta Viktoria und ihr Husar at the Neustrelitz Summer Festival. Other notable engagements in 2022 included the world premiere of Bernhard Gander's opera Lieder von Vertreibung und Nimmerwiederkehr at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Munich Biennale, and in 2021 her role as \"Venus\" in Jacques Offenbach's Orpheus in the Underworld at the Frankenfestspiele in R\u00f6ttingen.
2024 war sie als \u201eSharon Graham\u201c in Terrence McNallys Meisterklasse<\/em> in einer Produktion der Kom\u00f6die am Ku\u2019damm (Regie: Harald Weiler) zu sehen.
Am Opernloft Hamburg war sie 2023 als Feldmarschallin in Richard Strauss\u2019 Der Rosenkavalier zu erleben. 2023 brillierte sie in der Titelpartie von Paul Abrahams Operette Viktoria und ihr Husar bei den Neustrelitzer Sommerfestspielen. Weitere bedeutende Engagements waren 2022 die Urauff\u00fchrung von Bernhard Ganders Oper Lieder von Vertreibung und Nimmerwiederkehr an der Deutschen Oper Berlin und der M\u00fcnchener Biennale sowie 2021 ihre Rolle als \u201eVenus\u201c in Jaques Offenbachs Orpheus in der Unterwelt bei den Frankenfestspielen in R\u00f6ttingen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further important opera roles include Countess Almaviva in Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro (Opernakademie Bad Orb 2019), First Lady in The Magic Flute, Rosalinde in Johann Strauss' Die Fledermaus and The Voice\/The Angel in Peter E\u00f6tv\u00f6s' Angels in America. She has also sung at venues such as the Theater L\u00fcbeck, the Musikfestival Oper Oder-Spree, the Brandenburger Theater and the Neue Eutiner Festspiele. There she worked with directors such as Kerstin Steeb, Michael Wallner, Lars Franke and Eva-Maria H\u00f6ckmayr.

F\u00fcr ihre k\u00fcnstlerische Arbeit erhielt Lisa Ziehm zahlreiche Auszeichnungen und Stipendien, darunter das Deutschlandstipendium, die F\u00f6rderung der Yehudi-Menuhin-Stiftung \u201eLive Music Now\u201c sowie der Possehl-Stiftung L\u00fcbeck. 2023 wurde sie zudem von der Richard-Wagner-Stiftung Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2015, Lisa Ziehm has been passionately dedicated to song repertoire alongside pianist Hyelee Clara Chang as the duo \u201cKlangkomplizinnen.\u201d In 2024, they were finalists in the Bolko von Hochberg Song Competition in G\u00f6rlitz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
